Stuart Wickens

VIC Chair

Stuart Wickens is a highly experienced and results-oriented leader, currently serving as the General Manager at Go Traffic. With a deep understanding of the traffic management industry, Stuart has a proven track record of success in leading and managing complex operations. He is a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans that achieve significant results. Known for building and motivating high-performing teams, Stuart is passionate about traffic management and is committed to delivering the highest quality services and solutions to customers. 

Stuart became Vice Chair of the Victorian division of TMAA in June 2023 and Chair in July 2024.

Michael Bergonzo

VIC Vice Chair

With over 14 years of experience in the traffic management industry, Michael Bergonzo brings deep operational knowledge and a passion for innovation to his role. He has built a career defined by strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Michael is dedicated to fostering lasting client relationships, building high performing teams, and delivering solutions that align with the evolving needs of the industry. His expertise spans business development, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance, making him a respected leader within both AVADA and the broader traffic management community.

Erica Core

NT Acting Vice Chair

Erica Core is the Development and Operations Manager at Core Traffic Control, bringing nearly a decade of hands-on experience in traffic management. Starting in the field at just 16, Erica quickly advanced her skills, gaining her WZ1/TMD qualification in 2017. Erica is known for her precision, creativity and adaptability. She actively mentors staff, shares technical expertise, and ensures every TGS meets AGTTM standards. Erica’s dedication to quality and safety makes her a key contributor to both Core Traffic Control and the broader traffic management industry.

Peter Dixon

TAS Chair

TMAA TAS Chair Peter Dixon has over 12 years’ experience in road safety from both holding leadership roles in organising special events, and professionally, working with Spectran Traffic. Peter enjoys working with local governments and stakeholders to develop safe solutions and consistency across work sites. He has a dedication to the safety of the traffic controllers on his sites and the greater public. He is excited by the opportunities opened up by the formal adoption of the harmonised guide to temporary traffic management in Tasmania.

John Rogers

TAS  Vice Chair

John Rogers brings over 20 years of experience in the Traffic Management industry, beginning his career with Altus in 2004. Starting as a traffic controller, John progressed through key operational roles, becoming a senior team leader before moving into management 17 years ago. His career spans multiple sectors, where he has consistently prioritised safety and operational excellence. John is highly regarded for his leadership in worksite planning and his commitment to upholding the highest safety standards. His depth of industry knowledge and hands-on experience makes him a respected figure within the industry and a strong advocate for professional, safe, and effective traffic management.

Britt O'Dwyer

WA Chair

With over 15 years of leadership experience in the Traffic Management industry, Britt brings a wealth of safety, operational and IR knowledge to the Board. Britt was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of WARP Traffic Management in 2023.

Britt's foremost priorities revolve around spotlighting our industry and its pivotal role in delivering safety services. She regularly advocates for traffic management personnel to be acknowledged as the safety professionals they truly are, raising awareness among both road workers and users about the importance of their presence.

Britt is also the TMAA WA Board representative.

Max Line

WA Vice Chair

Max started his journey within the traffic management industry in 2014 by founding LGC Traffic Management to improve the commercial aspect of industry within Western Australia.

Max has a dedication to improve the safety and wellbeing of all employees weather they are traffic controllers or road workers onsite and has avid interest within the technology becoming available to both the traffic and industry’s alike.
