Paul KellyQLD Chair
Paul brings extensive leadership experience across Australia and New Zealand in transport, security and traffic management. A former TMAA National Board member and Vice President (2016–2020). Paul's proven ability to streamline operations and lead businesses through transitions and acquisitions adds strategic depth to TMAA Queensland. His insight and hands-on industry knowledge continue to shape best practices within traffic management both locally and nationally. |
John CasselQLD Vice ChairLeveraging 30 years of construction experience, John Cassel was appointed General Manager of the Acquired Awareness group in 2020. A dedicated advocate for the Traffic Management industry for over a decade, John's passion translates into action. He has served as the Vice Chair of TMAA QLD since 2019. As President of TMAA, John provides strategic direction to ensure the association achieves its long-term goals. Leonardo MonzonNSW ChairLeonardo has over five years of traffic control experience. He co-founded 2EC Traffic, known for safety advancements like introducing Sentrigates in NSW. As NSW Chair, he aims to prioritise collaboration, safety innovations, and member success through inclusivity and vision. Leonardo is passionate about advancing the mission of the TMAA and ensuring the success of its members by continuously providing innovative ideas for their business growth. Britt O'DwyerWA ChairWith over 15 years of leadership experience in the Traffic Management industry, Britt brings a wealth of safety, operational and IR knowledge to the Board. Britt was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of WARP Traffic Management in 2023. Britt's foremost priorities revolve around spotlighting our industry and its pivotal role in delivering safety services. She regularly advocates for traffic management personnel to be acknowledged as the safety professionals they truly are, raising awareness among both road workers and users about the importance of their presence. Max LineWA Vice ChairMax started his journey within the traffic management industry in 2014 by founding LGC Traffic Management to improve the commercial aspect of industry within Western Australia. Max has a dedication to improve the safety and wellbeing of all employees weather they are traffic controllers or road workers onsite and has avid interest within the technology becoming available to both the traffic and industry’s alike. Andrew WhiteSA ChairAndrew White has over two decades of experience in traffic management and is Managing Director of Workzone Traffic Control, a major South Australian provider since 2004. His career spans hands-on traffic control to leading a team of over 200 staff and 60 operational vehicles. Andrew served on the TMAA National Board from 2012 to 2023, including as President in 2022 and 2023, and was appointed a TMAA Honorary Member in 2024. Dylan BarkerSA Vice ChairDylan first started his journey into the traffic control industry in 2015, working as a Traffic Controller out on the road network. Here he gained valuable knowledge and skills on what to expect in the industry. Dylan then transitioned to Traffic Planner, working on multiple projects and major events in South Australia. In 2018, Dylan moved to Victoria and became a Major Projects and Planning Manager, managing traffic management on a large scale.
